LOANCOS GmbH was founded in Frankfurt am Main, one of Europe's foremost financial centres. Our founders identified a clear gap in the market: financial institutions needed a reliable, specialised partner to manage the operational complexity of loan portfolios — so they could focus on origination, capital deployment, and growth.
Over more than a decade, we have built a team of seasoned professionals with deep backgrounds in credit management, mortgage finance, and regulatory compliance. We serve banks, alternative lenders, real estate credit funds, and institutional investors.
